Poor sea lion?

Went to salmon creek and went walking along the beach. We then realize the thing we are looking at among the rocks is a not only dead, but decomposing sea lion. Poor sea lion =/ in addition to that, we also so at least 20 dead birds. Interesting.

If only this picture could have the "UP" and "DOWN" wind line to portray how bad it smelt downwind. Upwide was perfectly fine and it smelt like roses...but no one will understand that.

But this is truly "The biggest thing I've scene dead."
